Teaching Skavelo
Give Skavelo the knowledge it needs to answer accurately and walk users through your product.
Skavelo only answers from what you teach it. The more complete its knowledge, the more questions it can answer, and the fewer times it has to say it doesn't know.
You can combine several sources:

Websites and your web app are managed on the agent's Learning tab. Files and notes are on Files & notes.
Start small
Your web app and your help docs cover most questions. Add files and notes later, when you see questions in Conversations that Skavelo couldn't answer.
