Upload files
Teach Skavelo from guides, specs and FAQs that aren't on a website.
Some of your best knowledge lives in documents: onboarding guides, internal FAQs, product specs or release notes. Upload them on the agent's Files & notes tab.
Supported files

Each file can be up to 50 MB.
Uploading
Click Upload, or drag files onto the page. Each file shows its status, Uploading and then Reading, and changes to In use once Skavelo can use it in answers.
Removing a file
Click the trash icon next to the file. Skavelo stops using what it learned from that file immediately. You can upload it again at any time.
Keeping files current
Skavelo doesn't track changes to a file after upload. When a document changes, remove the old version and upload the new one.
