SkaveloHelp Center

Your account

Manage your profile, sign-in email, password, signed-in devices and email notifications.

Open Settings in the sidebar. The Your account section covers everything personal to you; the Workspace section below it applies to your whole team.

Profile

Your name and photo, as your team sees them on the Team page and in the header. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP image; it's cropped to a square automatically.

Email

To change the email you sign in with, click Change email and enter the new address, along with your password if you have one. Skavelo sends a confirmation link to the new address, and the change takes effect once you click it. The link expires in 24 hours.

After the change, Skavelo sends a notice to your previous address, so a change you didn't make never goes unnoticed. If you signed up with Google, you can still sign in with Google afterwards.

Password

Changing your password signs you out on every other device, and keeps you signed in on the one you're using.

If you signed up with Google, you'll see Set a password instead. Adding one lets you also sign in with your email address, which keeps you from being locked out if you ever lose access to that Google account.

Signed-in devices

If you've left Skavelo signed in on a computer you no longer use, click Sign out everywhere else. Every other browser and device has to sign in again, and you stay signed in on the current one.

Email notifications

Owners and admins receive usage alerts when the workspace reaches 80% and 100% of its monthly conversations. You can turn these off here; usage warnings still appear in the dashboard.

Sign-in, security and invitation emails are always sent. Handoff emails go to the address set in each agent's settings.

Deleting your account

Delete account, at the bottom of Settings, removes your login and your access to every workspace. Workspaces where you're the only member are deleted with it. If you own a workspace other people use, hand ownership to someone else on the Team page first. This can't be undone.
