# Weekly summary (/docs/conversations/weekly-summary)

Every Monday morning (08:00 UTC), owners and admins get a summary of the past week, Monday to Sunday, for each agent that had conversations. It's built to be acted on in a few minutes.

## What's in it [#whats-in-it]

- **Conversations**, compared with the week before.
- **Walkthroughs**: how many people finished and how many left early.
- **Questions it couldn't answer**, most asked first. Answer them in a note on the agent's **Files & notes** tab, or add them to your help docs, and Skavelo uses the answer from then on.
- **Answers rated unhelpful**, so you can read what Skavelo said in [Conversations](/docs/conversations/conversation-log).
- **Walkthroughs people left early**, with the step most of them stopped at. A step many people stop at is often one whose button moved or is hard to find.
- **Screens Skavelo couldn't reach** in its last learning run, from the Learning tab's [report](/docs/getting-started/best-results#check-what-skavelo-couldnt-reach).
- **Conversations passed to your team**, and any [lookups](/docs/skills/lookups) or actions your app refused, when there were some.

A workspace with no conversations that week gets no email.

## Turning it off [#turning-it-off]

Each person chooses for themselves: in **Settings**, under **Email notifications**, switch off **Weekly summary**.
